Meanwhile at KYU Miami..
When I thought I Tried All Of The Fried Chicken In the World
When I thought I had tried all of the fried chicken in the world, here comes along a new restaurant to add to my favorite spots in and around South Florida – KYU Miami restaurant.
KYU Miami is an Asian-inspired restaurant in Wynwood, a buzzing neighborhood in Miami. The ambiance is similar to walking into West Elm or the latest furniture picks for the Architectural Digest magazine. The warm welcomes from the host makes you forget you’re sitting an open concept style restaurant where conversations may overlap if you’re too loud. Therefore, don’t come here to break up with your significant other or serenade a new crush.

Service Was On Point At KYU Miami
I am used to servers hovering over me and my guest if I let them know it is my first time dining in their establishment. The guy made me and my guest feel good about explaining what was served on the plate. We both can read, however, it is a pleasure to have each main ingredient explained to you in simple terms. In addition to that, in my opinion, the level of service from your waiter is crucial to the success of any dining experience.

In this post, I am introducing “Chef Talk.” If I am honored to have a conversation with the chef, my goal is to figure out if this is a guy I would have a drink with or a machine not to stand in front of during my time there. Michael, the chef I spoke with, was very pleasant and thanked me for my compliments of the Korean Fried Chicken.
After visiting galleries or a little retail therapy, stop in and enjoy KYU Miami. Until next time, remember to show love.
