You are going to love Korean Fried Chicken at KYU Miami

When I thought I had tried all the fried chicken in the world, here comes a new restaurant to add to my favorite spots in and around South Florida. KYU Miami is a great place to get your fix for Asian-Style eats.

KYU Miami is an Asian-inspired restaurant in Wynwood, a buzzing neighborhood in Miami. The ambiance is similar to walking into West Elm or the latest furniture picks for the Architectural Digest magazine. The warm welcomes from the host makes you forget you’re sitting an open concept style restaurant where conversations may overlap if you’re too loud. Therefore, don’t come here to break up with your significant other or serenade a new crush.

When I visit a restaurant, I am used to servers and server assistants hovering over me and my guest(s) if I let them know it is my first-time dining in their establishment. The server that night made me, and my guest feel good about explaining what was on the menu. We both can read; however, it is a pleasure to have each main ingredient explained to you in simple terms. In addition to that, in my opinion, the level of service from your waiter is crucial to the success of any dining experience. If your restaurant needs any server experience tips, please email us.

In this post, I am introducing “Chef Talk”, “Foodie aka Bon Manje”, and The Lifestyle Connoisseur Hospitality Consulting If I am honored to have a conversation with the chef, my goal is spotlighting the chefs, their journey, and future in hospitality and other ventures. Michael Lewis, the chef I spoke with, was very pleasant and thanked me for my compliments of the Korean Fried Chicken.

After visiting galleries in Wynwood or a little retail therapy in the Design District, stop in and enjoy KYU Miami in Wynwood. Until next time, remember to show love.

Periodically I find myself doing business further north in the Palm Beach area. This past August, I stopped by the Town Center in Boca Raton, Florida. Since my next meeting was at 7:00 PM and it was around 5:30 in the afternoon, I knew there was time for me to chill and answer a few emails […]

Another interesting night in Miami Sunday, August 14th, Only Le’Adonis Boutique created a interesting night of Miami fashion and art for me. Robson Noel, who is a successful Realtor®/real estate investor in the south Florida area. How do you get ahead of your peers on the weekends?

Whether you read this in the morning or the evening, you may feel that your Saturday is best suited for catching up on sleep but it isn’t in my opinion.

Almost everything that I have learned in my professional career is that Monday through Friday has been dictated by how I treat my weekends. In undergrad, my focus was college athletics then classwork, so weekends were spent at games or catching up with homework. As I have transitioned into a professional career, my goals have become crystal clear. This is why I am devoting an entire series to personal development for young professionals.

Here are a few suggestions that I like from different sources on how you could make Saturdays and weekends more productive:

  • Thursday should be treated as your Friday.
  • Friday should be your Monday.
  • Break up your weekend into two parts that I call:
    • Current Self Habits
    • Future Self Habits
  • Lastly, make a list of the things you DO NOT want to do.
